What is SAP Team Maintenance?

The purpose of team maintenance is to maintain the health of the team members and to ensure the quality of the SAP process so that SAP teams effectively work together. Maintenance includes activities and interactions designed to promote cooperation and respectful working relationships among SAP team members. Maintenance is recommended at least once per year and all team members including SAP agency liaisons should participate.
